Description
QBotic Queue Filter is a free application in the Sabre Red App Centre. This simple app allows agents to select which PNRs they want to look at while working the queues. Filter on such things as agent sine, carrier code, service date, etc.

A ferramenta funciona, muito bem. Porém, ao definir um filtro não é possivel saber quantos PNRs serão trabalhados. Sugiro que antes de entrar na fila e iniciar o trabalho, a ferramenta apresente o ^queue count^ QC/ com os qualificadores escolhidos para melhor gerenciamento da atividade. Até mesmo um supervisor poderá usar para monitorar o trabalho da sua equipe.
