Ticketing platform is a solution for automation and managing ticketing in remote non-IATA points making the bookings (Subagents) via IATA travel agencies (Consolidators). There are two components combined in the solution: Ticketing App (Red App CTN Ticketing Platform) and Ticketing Manager (admin panel). Ticketing App atomizes manual process of PNR sending by non-IATA location to IATA location for ticketing and Ticketing Manager provides options to manage and control ticketing process according to settings of balance, ticketing restrictions, commissions, reporting. Agent works with the Sabre Red Workspace to create PNR, price and prepare a booking for ticketing operation through Ticketing App. The actual e-ticket issuance takes place in Consolidator’s accredited office. Agents can handle requests to release a real-time issue/void/EMD/reissue/refund with full analysis and notifications of errors, balance control, restrictions and commissions control, reporting. Applicable for BSP, TCH and Direct Stock ticketing schemes.
