CTN Ticketing Platform is a solution for automation and managing ticketing of bookings made by non-IATA locations (Subagents) via IATA travel agencies (Consolidators). There are two components combined in the solution: Ticketing App (Red App CTN Ticketing Platform) and Ticketing Manager (admin panel). Subagent can use Ticketing App only in a bundle with complete product CTN Ticketing Platform and after authorization of Consolidator.
CTN Ticketing Platform Red App is a facilitator for the actual CTN product and is useless without the product working behind it.
Subagents can make PNR’s in their own secure PCC’s and then use Ticketing App for automated 24/7 ticketing in the designated Consolidator PCC according to the security and management controls defined by Consolidator in the Ticketing Manager. Ticketing Manager provides Consolidator options to manage and control the ticketing process by configuration of balance, ticketing restrictions, commissions, reporting. Consolidator may have an unlimited number of Subagents.
Ticketing App supports ticketing operations issue/void/EMD/reissue/refund /automated exchange/revalidation with full analysis and notifications of errors, balance control, restrictions and commissions control, reporting for Subagents.
CTN Ticketing Platform is applicable for BSP, TCH, and Direct Stock ticketing schemes.
