CESDirect enables agents to book Carey and Embarque chauffeured services in real-time from a single easy-to-use interface. CESDirect will process availability requests, reservation requests and provides response messages directly from Carey International's central reservation system for both Carey and Embarque services without the use of a 3rd party switch.

CESDirect includes the following functions and response messages:

  • Process availability requests (obtain quotes)
  • Process reservation requests
  • Retrieve a reservation
  • Process change and cancellation requests

If a reservation is part of a PNR itinerary including air and or hotel segments, CESDirect  will copy predefined passenger and travel itinerary information from the existing segments in the PNR, eliminating the need to rekey this information into the reservation.

    There are too many bugs in this app to make it useful. We attempted to book a car service using the app and received an error message at the end of the booking. However a confirmation was emailed to the agent. The car service segment was added to sabre in an unrecognizable field. We then cxld the segment thru the app and found out from Carey that it was still live in the system. This app needs to read phone fields, allow cut/paste for credit cards and allow us to quote without a live pnr

    Hi Joanne, we know it's been a while but thank you for sharing your feedback. Our Red App uses the LIMO segment not OTH segment which is traditionally used within a PNR. It allows for more structured data and a more complete booking. It also enables reservations booked to work in concert with other apps like Concur Expense and other 3rd party mobile apps.
