Airlink SWConnect - Automatically populate your PNR and backoffice with the TRUE Southwest ticket#! Book and ticket your Southwest tickets as you normally would. Airlink SWConnect continually monitors each ticket you generate, as well as changes made by Southwest. SWConnect modifies your PNR to reflect the true Southwest ticket number. The result is that your client receives an invoice with the correct Southwest ticket number on it and your back-office receives an interface message that has the correct Southwest ticket number for down-line reporting.
