Migration of Red App Centre to Sabre Central Marketplace

Update - October 17, 2022

Along with the Red App Centre migration, new functionality has been delivered in Sabre Central Marketplace that allows you to place (buyer) and manage orders (provider) for products that require manual confirmation (approval or rejection of the order by the Red App provider).

Update - August 12, 2022

From now on, Red App Providers are able to display orders for their Red Apps in “My Sales” section.

The list will be able to display orders per Red App and per Agency, along with the relevant Order Number and Last Update Date. It is also possible to filter to only display orders for the selected Red App.

To access the “My Sales” view, please enter the Sabre Central Marketplace and log in. Hover over the man icon in the top right corner and select “My Sales” from the list.

Update - July 15, 2022

Over the course of May, June and July, 462 private Red Apps were migrated to Sabre Central Marketplace. If a private Red App has been migrated to Sabre Central Marketplace, the relevant information will appear on the ordering panel in the Admin Center. Alternatively, to learn which Red Apps have been migrated, please contact your Sabre Account Manager, who has a list of migrated Red Apps, and what was the date of migration to Sabre Central Marketplace.

Update - April 20, 2022

The next phase of the migration, moving private Red Apps (including PF Keys and Scribe Scripts) from Red App Centre to Sabre Central Marketplace, will begin in May. The migration will be done Agency by Agency, meaning that all private Red Apps will be migrated one by one. The Agency representatives will be informed that their Red Apps have been migrated in the ordering panel of the Admin Centre. From then on, Red Apps will be available for ordering through the Sabre Central Marketplace.

If there are private Red Apps (or PF Keys/Scribe Scripts) that the Agency no longer uses, and therefore it does not need to be migrated to the Sabre Central Marketplace, we encourage you to contact redappssupport@sabre.com to submit a sunset request.

Update - March 17, 2022

As a second part of the Red Apps migration to Sabre Central Marketplace, 17 free public 3rd party Red Apps were migrated. You can see the list of migrated Red Apps here. Additionally, we migrated 4 free public Red Apps offered by Sabre that are covered by regionalization restrictions i.e., Sabre Rail, Sabre Rail 2.0, Autorizaciones TC Colombia and Fee and Commission Calculator.

Update - February 22, 2022

As part of the first phase of the Red Apps migration to Sabre Central Marketplace, 49 free public Red Apps offered by Sabre were migrated. Here you can see the list of migrated Red Apps.

Next month, i.e., on March 16th, the free public 3rd Party Red Apps will be migrated, in which orders do not have to be manually accepted by the provider. Additionally, 4 free public Red Apps offered by Sabre that are covered by regionalization restrictions will be migrated, i.e., Sabre Rail, Sabre Rail 2.0, Autorizaciones TC Colombia and Fee and Commission Calculator.

Update - January 17, 2022

In 2022 Sabre will begin the gradual migration of Sabre Red Apps from Sabre Red App Centre to Sabre Central Marketplace. This migration delivers benefits like:

  • Access all Red Apps and 3rd party solutions in one place - making it easier to find and compare products
  • Order Sabre products, Developer Partner Solutions, and Red Apps on Sabre Central Marketplace
  • Take advantage of an enhanced ordering process and improved filtering options to find the Red Apps that best support your business needs

Timeline:

The expected completion of the migration of all Red Apps will be December 2022.

Please note that as part of the Red Apps pilot migration, the first Red Apps to be migrated were:

  • December 14, 2021: ETAS
  • January 19, 2022: AC Lines management, Atlas
  • January 20, 2022: Command Translator, Quick Look, Recently Viewed PNRs
